How do I know the products are good quality?

Can I see the products before buying?

Absolutely! We have two physical showrooms in Accra — in Agbogba and Madina — where you can browse, touch, and compare products in person. Our team is always on hand to answer questions and help you find the right fit for your home.

How long does delivery take?

For in-stock items, delivery within Greater Accra is typically completed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timelines for areas outside Accra may vary — we'll confirm the expected date when you place your order.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Yes, in-store pickup is available at both our Agbogba and Madina locations. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we'll let you know when your item is ready for collection. Our stores are open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
